Burchell is a member of WIFLAG, the group fighting to protect the
landscape from two turbines at Beech Farm near Brent Tor. From Brent Tor you can also see Yes Tor, where ODAT are also fighting to save the nearby landscape from three turbines.at Yelland Farm. Both planning applications were refused by the local councils but because the developers appealed Public Inquiries were held, and the results will be known sometime soon. |
